Billy Richardson

Billy Richardson, 66, of Union City passed away Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with brother Billy Lynch officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Tidwell, David Huey, Alex and Nick Kopriva, Tommy Stokes, Jason Allen, Peyton Brandon and J.D. Ruiz.
Tony Speed, Nathan and Justin Brandon, Laney Stokes, Ashley and Shelby Kopriva, Alex and Joanna Brandon and Harold Duncan will serve as honorary pallbearers.
He was born in Obion County on Oct. 13, 1955, to the late Bill and Dora Pitts Richardson. He married the former Kay Lennox on Oct. 8, 1976. She survives.
He retired from Dar Pro International as an assistant fleet manager.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Kelly Brandon and her husband, Michael, of Union City, Amy Kopriva and her husband, Tim, of South Fulton and Lacy Stokes and her husband, Troy, of Union City; seven grandchildren, Nathan, Justin and Peyton Brandon, Alex and Nick Kopriva, and Tommy and Laney Stokes; two great-grandchildren, Shelby Kopriva and Joanna Grace Brandon; and one sister, Lola Lynch.
Along with his parents, Mr. Billy was preceded in death by his grandad, Boss Pitts; his cousin, Little Jim Richardson; and his two uncles, Jimmy Richardson and Bobby Pitts.
