L.J. Johnson

Larry “L.J.” Johnson, 72, of South Fulton passed away Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021, at his residence.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements. There will be no services at this time.
L.J. was born in Chicago on July 19, 1949, to the late Roy “Bill” Wills and Dorothy Griffin Wills. His mother survives. He worked for many years as a crane operator at Steel Systems.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his sons, Joe Johnson and his wife, Jessica, of Lewisburg and Jon Michael Johnson and his wife, Ashley, of Dyersburg; his daughter, Jenny Gowen and her husband, Tim, of Tinley Park, Ill.; his grandchildren, Jacqulyn Lyle and her husband, Josh, of South Fulton, Grace Gowen of Tinley Park, Juliet, Jubilee, Juliana and Jupiter Johnson, all of Lewisburg, and Alyssa and Jace Johnson of Dyersburg; and one great-granddaughter, Arianna Ward of South Fulton.
