Melinda Rankin Poole

Melinda Rankin Poole, 55, of Tiptonville passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Melinda was born on May 23, 1966, in Union City, to the late Harris and Thelma Evelyn Bargery Rankin. She was a retired Human Resource Analyst for the State of Tennessee. She was a member and the church pianist at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville.
Services will be 3 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville, with the Rev. John Troutman officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. until service time at the church.
Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Bradford Lee Poole of Tiptonville; a son, Bradley Rankin Poole and wife, Katie, of Loveland, Colo.; a daughter, Lauren Lee Hopper and husband, Steven, of Huntsville, Ala.; a brother, Bobby Rankin and wife, Jan, of Union City; and four grandchildren, Jaxon Poole, Memphis Poole, Knox Poole and Reed Hopper.
Pallbearers will be Mike Rohlwing, Joel Estes, Tyler Estes, Cole Estes, Tom Hollowell and Drew Cook.
