Dennis Petty

Dennis Paul Petty Jr., age 73, of Greenfield, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 23. 2021. He was born March 13, 1948 in Lake County. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. with more than 35 years of dedicated service. His enjoyable times were spent sitting on the back patio watching the hummingbirds and blue birds. He also loved keeping up with his grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Frances(Smith)Petty Sr.; and a brother in infancy, Lynn Edward Petty. Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Donna (Morris) Petty of Greenfield; children, Dana Petty, Dena (Jeff) Gaia and Daniel (Kirsten) Petty; brother, Jerry (JoAnn) Petty; and three grandsons, Alex, Matt, and Luke. His visitation will start Monday at 1p.m. going until 2:45 pm here at Williams Funeral Home. He will have a graveside service Monday at 3p.m. at Highland Cemetery with burial to follow.
