Wanda Kay Adams, 74, of Hornbeak died March 9, 2021, at Baptist Health in Paducah, Ky.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until the hour of services on Friday at the funeral home.
