James Wilson

James Walter Wilson, 82, of South Fulton passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Obion County Memorial Gardens.
No visitation will be held. Friends are asked to gather at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. for the service.
Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wilson was born March 16, 1938, in Elbridge to the late James Robert and Virgie Edith Stover Wilson.
Mr. Wilson and his wife of 61 years, Linda Hibbs Wilson, were members of South Fulton United Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Ray (Angela) Wilson of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; a daughter, Tammy (Paul) Perry of Palmersville; sisters, Robbie (Johnny) Boyd and Joyce (Donald) Pickering, both of South Fulton; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
