Gregory Wayne Nance

Gregory Wayne Nance, 62, of Union City passed away 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, at his home.
A private family graveside service will be held at East View Cemetery. The Rev. Paul Ray Cagle will officiate.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Greg was born Aug. 17, 1958, in East St. Louis, Ill., son of Gaylon and Rose (Massey) Nance of South Fulton. He married Brenda (Hopkins) Nance June 12, 1976. She survives. He worked for the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 32 years and attended Union City First United Pentecostal Church.
He is also survived by two sons, Darren Wayne Nance (Stephanie) of Drummonds and Joshua Taft Nance of Union City; three grandchildren, Connor Nance, Evan Nance and Emmarie Nance, all of Drummonds; two brothers, Eugene Nance (Audiene) of South Fulton and Keith Nance (Debra) of Union City; one sister, Stacey Nance of Gallatin; his mother-in-law, Juanita Hopkins of Union City; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Harold Hopkins.
