Jerry Dunn

Jerry Skiles Dunn, 78, of Kenton passed away from this life on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Kenton First Baptist Church with Brother Shawn Allred officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from noon until the hour of services Saturday at the church.
Karnes and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born Dec. 12, 1941, in Martin, the son of the late Ray and Frances Estell Epperson Dunn.
He retired as a gravedigger from Karnes & Son Funeral Home and was a member of Kenton First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ella Jean Dunn; two children, Mike Dunn (Tina) and Mark Dunn; one brother, Wayne Dunn (Barbara); six grandchildren, Britton Dunn (Ana), Clayton Dunn (Allie), Karson Dunn, Griffin Dunn, Jordan Collins and Cassie Howard; and four great-grandchildren, Cayden Fuller, Kylie Sanders, Rowan Dunn and Cooper Dunn.
