Joe Damron

Joe Charles Damron, age 72, of Martin, died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2020, at Jackson Madison County Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at press time. He was a graduate of Martin High School, owned and operated Damron’s Barbeque in Martin and was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.  Damron is survived by his wife, Diane Kupfer Damron of Martin; his son, Clint (Tori) Damron of Martin; his daughters, Amanda (Brent) Bowers of Dresden and Ashley Jo Damron of Portland; his brother, Larry (Carol) Damron of Martin; five grandchildren, Anna Jo Smith, Avery Smith, Bentley Bowers, Tristen Damron and Christopher Damron.
