Joyce Lunsford

Mrs. Joyce Lunsford, 82, of Union City died Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday in City View Cemetery, with Elder David Scarbrough officiating.
Pallbearers will be her family.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on Nov. 29, 1937, in Union City, daughter of the late R.S. and Elizabeth (Ingram) Hoffman. She married Richard Polk Lunsford and he passed away on June 24, 1973.
She worked as a trimmer for the USDA at the former Reelfoot Meat Packing Company and was a member of Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church in Martin.

She is survived by a daughter and a son-in-law, Melissa Terrett (Kevin Lyons) of Obion; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary (Cheryl) Lunsford, David (Tina) Lunsford and Richard Lunsford, all of Union City; four grandchildren, Lee Lunsford, Lee Ann O’Connor, Caleb Terrett and Lexi Lunsford; and two great-grandchildren, Charlee Katherine O’Connor and Joshua Jones.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Virginia Treece.
