John Milner, 85, of Fulton passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2019, at Mercy Hospice Center in Paducah, Ky.
Funeral services were to be held at noon today at Riceville Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
Visitation was to be held from 10 a.m. until the hour of services today at the church.

He was born on July 14, 1934, in Lonoke, Ark., to the late James and Nora McClain Milner.
He was a member of Riceville Baptist Church and was a retired, self-employed painter. He was also a member of Roberts Lodge No. 172. He lived most of his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Lucia Milner, whom he married June 6, 1990; a daughter, Sandy (David) Sublette of Fulton; two sons, Philip (Linley) Milner of Greenwood, Miss., and Mark (Susie) Milner of Shreveport, La.; two stepsons, Jeffrey (Dawn) Childers of Brooksville, Fla., and Jason (Jamie) Childers of Iowa City, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy (Evelyn) Milner of South Fulton and Tommy (Jacque) Milner of Amory, Miss.; and two sisters, Lois Elliott of Fancy Farm, Ky., and Doris Diehl of Mayfield, Ky.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Milner and three sisters, Violet Connell, Bea Larkin and Oleta Edwards.
