Adrian Gierling

Adrian Gierling, 43, of Sterling Heights, Mich., formerly of Union City, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019.
He was born Dec. 19, 1975, to Jeff and Judy Posey Gierling of Union City.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel Crafton Gierling; his sons, Lucian Gierling and Jacob Gierling; his parents, Jeff and Judy Posey Gierling; his grandmother, Lola Hunt Smith; his sisters, Odessa Pope and Rita (Cory) Hussey; and his brothers, Shawn (Penny) Gierling and Hunter (Sarah Stutts) Gierling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Posey and Walter Gierling; grandmother, Rita Boudreau Gierling; and great-grandparents, Alene and Hub Posey of Union City.
The family will be hosting a private memorial service.
