Faye Kilpatrick

Mrs. Faye Kilpatrick, 93, of Franklin passed away 3:27 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019, at her home. She was a former resident of Union City.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Pastor Justin Hiens will officiate. There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Waves Inc., 145 Southeast Pkwy., Suite 100, Franklin, TN 37064  in honor of Trey James.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born Aug. 4, 1926, in Gibson County, daughter of the late William Ernest and Ailene (Bartlett) Winters. She married Thomas Euin “Tom” Kilpatrick April 1, 1944. He preceded her in death Oct. 25, 2004.
She was a retired bookkeeper at E.W. James corporate office and a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City.
She is survived by her daughter, Tommye Faye James of Franklin; one granddaughter, Lee Ann James of Franklin; one grandson, David James II (Meshea) of Franklin; three great-grandchildren, Trey James, Kimberly James and Anna James, all of Franklin; one sister, Jo Ann Reed of Dyer; and one brother, Jimmy Winters (Lavera) of Mason Hall.
She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, David James; and one sister, Christine Morrow.
