Martha Jane Bolding, 80, of Paris died Friday, July 26, 2019, at her residence.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home in Paris. The body is to be cremated. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 2–5 p.m. Aug. 10, 2019, at the Heritage Center in Paris.

She was a retired military wife for many years. She was a member of the Garden Club, a Master Gardener and was a former president of the Republican Woman’s Club. She was instrumental in establishing the neighborhood association on Poplar Street and was Christian in faith.
She was born April 20, 1939, in Henderson to the late Henry Frank Hailey and the late Ruby Valena Hollingsworth.
She married Larry Bolding of Paris on July 27, 1957. He survives.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her one daughter, Kathy Scira of Paris; one son, Andy (Emily) Bolding of Springville; one sister, Mary “Lee” Hailey King of Paducah, Ky.; one brother-in-law, Mark (Pat) Bolding of Paris; two grandchildren, John Francis (Amy) Scira of Cambridge, Mass., and Alexander Lawson Scira of Paris; one great-grandchild, Erin Trevathan of Huntingdon; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her one sister, Neda Sinclair; and one grandchild, Andrew Lawson Bolding Jr.
