SOLE WITNESS — Obion County Sheriff’s deputy Chris Cummings (seated, right) served as the only witness in a preliminary hearing held Tuesday afternoon in the courtroom at the Obion County Law Enforcement Complex to determine if Tony Markee Mosley, 31, of Union City (seated, second from left) should face the Obion County grand jury in the May 11 stabbing death of 20-year-old DeCora Alexander of South Fulton. Ms. Alexander, who was a student at the University of Tennessee at Martin, was found stabbed to death at Mosley’s home at 3635 Joe Fry Lane that day. Cummings was questioned by Assistant District Attorney and lead prosecutor for Obion County Melinda Meador. Seated next to Mosley is public defender Bill Randolph.
