Mrs. Debra J. Wiley, 64, of Union City went to be with Jesus Sunday, March 17, 2019, at Union City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

She was born on Feb. 17, 1955, in Sedalia, Mo., to the late Reynold and Ruby Sommers Zubrod. She was of the Baptist faith and was saved on Oct. 2, 1983, at the age of 28, then baptized Oct. 9, 1983, by Michael Adams at First Baptist Church in Fulton. She moved to the area from Omaha, Neb.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Wiley, whom she married June 28, 1980; a daughter, Chandra Wiley of Kenton; three grandchildren, Niccolas Rasberry and Payton Rasberry, both of Union City, and Kandice Hodge of Hornbeak; two sisters, Donna Zubrod of Omaha and Ronda Driver of Bremerton, Wash.; three brothers, Michael Zubrod of Omaha, Kerry Zubrod of North Fork, Neb., and Randall Zubrod of Iowa.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Jillian Marie Wiley.
