David Ray Fulcher, 48, of South Fulton passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
He was born Jan. 24, 1971, in Fulton, son of the late Danny Ray and Charlotte (Hobbs) Fulcher.
He was employed as a route carrier for The Paducah Sun in Fulton and Clinton, Ky.
He is survived by one daughter, Tabitha Fulcher and her fiancé, Michael Hackett of Union City; his fianceé, Angela Ransom of South Fulton; one stepdaughter, Tiffany Ransom of Union City; two stepsons, Brandon Ransom and Beau Falgout (Victoria) of Hickman, Ky.; two sisters, Teresa Herbert of Hickman and Rebecca Miller of Maurice, La.; six grandchildren, Bentley Fulcher, Gabriella Fulcher, Zander Hackett, Kailyn Hackett, Jason Falgout and Eli Joe Falgout; six nieces; and three great-nieces.
