Clara Nell Foley

Mrs. Clara Nell Foley, 91, of Union City passed away 10:19 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Pastor Justin Hiens will officiate. Entombment will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Chad Foley, Maverick Lynn, Scott Wilkes, Michael Hopper, Richard Arnold, Trent Arnold and Troy Arnold.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Friday at the funeral home.
She was born March 4, 1927, in Obion County, daughter of the late Charlie Rex and Lenora (Robey) Walker. She married Zank Foley Sept. 10, 1945. He preceded her in death May 3, 1979.
She had been a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City for 65 years, where she had worked in the Wednesday night meal program and had served as a Sunday school teacher. She had volunteered at Helping Hand Ministry in Union City for many years and was a retired employee of the former Kroger in Union City.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Marsha Foley of Troy; two grandchildren and the spouse of one, April Lynn of Troy and Chad and Christy Foley of Manchester; five great-grandchildren, MaKayla Lynn of Seoul, South Korea, Maverick Lynn and Emma Grace Lynn, both of Troy, and Elisabeth Foley and Ja Foley, both of Manchester; one niece, Pam Adair of Union City; and one nephew, Tony Walker of Dubuque, Iowa.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Rick Foley; and one brother, Eddie Walker.
