Fanny Mae Tubbs

Fanny Mae Tubbs, 57, of Hornbeak died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018, at her residence.
Funeral services were 1 p.m. Saturday at Cryer Funeral Home. The Rev. Mark Lambert officiated. Burial followed in the Cobbs Chapel Cemetery near Hornbeak.
Pallbearers were Shane Kratz, James Kratz, William Kratz, Chase Tubbs, Logan Tubbs and Bruce Poyner.
Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born March 25, 1961, in Ridgely, the daughter of the late Harry and Frances Laverne (Dean) Parsons.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Wynnburg Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, James Lee Tubbs of Tiptonville; two daughters, Jana Sollis and Martha Marlow, both of Tiptonville; five brothers, Joe Parsons, Jimmy Parsons, Ricky Parsons, Johnny Parsons and Roger Parsons, all of Tiptonville; two sisters, Martha Woods of Big Sandy and Francis Parsons of Tiptonville; two half-brothers, James Parsons of Dyersburg and Paul Parsons of Muskegon, Mich.; a half-sister, Mozel Dean of Muskegon; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Parsons; and a sister, Lula Bell Gladdin.
