Earnest Lee Smith, 71, of Union City died April 26, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Thursday at Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Lima, Ohio. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Visitation was to be held from 6-8 p.m. at Rawls Funeral Home in Union City.
