Leonard Ott
He moved to this area in 1983 from Michigan and worked at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a tire builder. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he was a hospital corpsman third class.
He was also a member of the TCMO and Gleason Bass Club and was a former Jaycee and an avid bass fisherman.
Mr. Ott is survived by his wife, Connie Sue (Rimer) Ott, whom he married July 19, 1968, in Albion, Mich.; two daughters, Wendi Carrigan of Dresden and Nicole (Jonathan) Bennett of Benton, Ky.; two grandchildren, Noah Charles Harrison and Sophia Joyce Harrison, both of Benton; his sister, Sharon Zakrzewski of Spring Arbor, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Richard and Katherine (Shelton) Ott; his brother, Jack Shelton; and his sister, Joyce Thomas.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Saturday until the hour of services.
