Eloise Williams (Thomason)

She was born Saturday, April 8, 1922, in Lake County, daughter of the late Fred Powers and the late Bertha (Toothman) Powers. She was a retired employee of the former Kellwood Manufacturing and was a member of Trimble First Baptist Church, where she a member of the 89ers Club.
Funeral services for Mrs. Williams (Thomason) were set for 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern, with Mr. Matt Stafford officiating. Interment was to follow in Cool Springs Cemetery in Trimble.
Pallbearers were to be Alan Scobey, John Scobey, Keith Davidson, Dwight Lynn Thomason, Michael Walton and Jason Keathley. Honorary pallbearer was to be Christa Walton.
She is survived by her son, Dwight F. Thomason (Glenda) of Union City; three daughters, Twyla Davidson (Larry) of Rutherford, Ophelia Ann Scobey of Trimble and Gracia Pearce of Union City; four sisters, Mary Lou Smith of Merrillville, Ind., Annie Walton of Martin and Judy Donnell and Becky Powers, both of Obion; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Joe Thomason and Earl J. Williams; and two brothers, Thomas Powers and Fred Junior Powers.
