Fred Wiley Hatcher, 92, of the Reidland Community for 46 years, and formerly of Memphis, passed away on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
