Raymond Ross Owens, 73, of Martin, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Terrace Hill Cemetery near Troy. Private family visitation will be from noon until the hour of services at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy.
