Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion, with the Rev. Brian Stahl officiating. Burial will follow there in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Alford, Johnny Moore, Richard Lyons, Brian Hale, James Mathis and William Minnick.
Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. today.
He was born in Union City Jan. 31, 1962, son of William Earl Burton of Samburg and the late Helen (Luttrell) Burton. He had been a forklift driver for S.R. Global in Newbern. He was a Methodist who attended Obion First United Methodist Church.
In addition to his father, he is also survived by his wife, Lori (Webb) Burton of Obion; his son, Aaron Burton of Obion; his daughter, Angel Burton of Obion; and his half brother, Earl Burton of Dyersburg.
