Tracy Lynn Vicary, 55, of the Gardner community passed away at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home in Union City.
