Mrs. Dorothy Ruth Kannenberg Tapping, 60, of Martin died Friday, Sept. 23, 2016 at St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville. Services will be held at noon Tuesday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Fulton, Ky.
