Marty Yeager

He was born on Feb. 24, 1961, in Los Angeles to the late Elbert Eugene Yeager and Opal Mae (Anderson) Yeager. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Danny and Ronnie Yeager. Marty served in the United States Army. He loved fishing, playing his guitar and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Amber and Brad Cearlock of Alton, Ill., Breanna and Levi Sasse of Vandalia, Ill., Jackson Yeager of Martin, Ashley Yeager of Henderson and Blake Yeager of Union City; his grandchildren, Rylee, Kinlee and Natalee Sasse and Lillian Cearlock; his sister, Sheila (Yeager) Parker and husband Wayne Parker of Union City; his sister, Susan (Yeager) Flemming of Vandalia, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 10, 2016, at Vandalia Lake Pavilion.
