George Jasper “Jap” Elliott, age 97, of the Ruthville Community, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton.
