James Bozer

James “Samburg” Bozer, 71, of Union City died Aug. 6, 2016, at his home.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City, with Father Robert Ponticello officiating.
Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Robert Bozer, David Green, Jeff Howard and Roger Green.
He was born May 9, 1945, in St. Louis to the late George and Beulah Mae (Jimmerson) Bozer. He married Joyce Green Dec. 18, 2008. She survives. He was a tire builder at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 17 years. He was a Navy veteran.
He is also survived by his son, Robert Bozer of Union City; his daughter, Tina Boulton of Union City; four grandchildren, Iliyna Bozer and Joshua Bozer, both of Alaska, and Ashlyn Stallings and Hayden Stallings, both of Dyer.
He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Bozer; and his brother, John Bozer.
