Helen Oseman

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery in Martin.
Pallbearers will be Mark Oseman, Paul Lyons, James Rhamy, Gary Oseman, Steve Oseman and Ted Barnett.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Mrs. Oseman was born June 8, 1919, in the Elbridge community, daughter of the late Walter and Mary Josephine (Winsett) Green. She married Opal Paul Oseman Nov. 5, 1939. He preceded her in death May 20, 1981. Ms. Helen retired as a food service supervisor for the University of Tennessee at Martin after 17 years. She was a member of Mount Pelia Baptist Church and the Hope Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Sue Ellen Oseman of Union City; her daughter, Dianne Oseman of Fayetteville, Ark.; her son-in-law, Kenneth Lyons of Obion; six grandchildren, Tammy Cook of Martin, Mark Oseman of Woodland Mills, Paul Lyons of Obion, Lisa Rhamy of Martin and David Henderson and Mary Henderson, both of Arkansas; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Lyons; her son, Jerry Oseman; two sisters, Lena Norton and Jennie Lou Butts; and two brothers, Robert Green and James Green.
