Stephen Thomas “Steve” Kellough, 64, of Newbern died Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson. Funeral services for will be held at 1 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Newbern First Baptist Church.
