Ruth Gray
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with burial following in Fremont Cemetery.
Jeff Bell will officiate and James Snyder will assist.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be her grandson, Clint Snyder; her grandsons by marriage, Cougan Collins, Jason Stillwell and Ryan Miller; her nephew, Don Gray; and her friend, Joe Johnson.
Ruth was born June 15, 1924, in Gooding, Idaho, daughter of the late Fred and Alice Snyder. Her family later moved to Powell, Wyo., where she grew up. She was one of eight children and her siblings were Ralph, Emily Mae, Helen, Margaret, Alfred, Betty Lou and Bob.
Ruth was married to the late Charlie Gray Feb. 18, 1944, and the couple had nearly 67 years together. They both retired from the former Brown Shoe Co. in Union City.
They were members of Bishop Street Church of Christ.
Ruth was blessed with two children, Carol Snyder and her son-in-law, James Snyder, with whom she lived for the last nearly five years; and Randy Gray and his wife, Sandra. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Clint Snyder, Lee Ann Stillwell, Erica Collins and Kasey Miller and their spouses. In addition, she has six great-grandchildren, Ashley Stillwell, Sarah Collins, Summer Collins, Reed Miller, Tray Descombes and Breanna Descombes.
