Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion, with burial in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak. The Rev. Archie Larry will officiate. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.

He was born Sept. 18, 1955, in Morris, Ill., son of the late Richard Henry and Billy Nadine (McCarty) Webb. He was a small engine repairman, specializing in boat motors.
He is survived by seven daughters, Mary Elizabeth Redden of Dyersburg, Tabithia Marie Webb of Holland, Mo., Nutachia Nadine Adams of Obion, Samanthia Ann Huey of Troy, Malissa Sue Webb of Hornbeak, Tracie Lee Amber Nettles of Tiptonville and Rachel Nicole Aker of Troy; two sisters, Velia Diann Alley of Adamsville and Ellie Marie Pemble of Florida; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Windy Lynn Webb; his grandchild; and two sisters, Donna Jones and Julie Webb.
