Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at East View Cemetery, with Phillip Pinion officiating.
The family will receive friends at White-Ranson Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The family requests that memorials be made to North Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 78 Preacher Doland Road, Kenton, TN 38233.
He was born Feb. 17, 1926, in Kenton, son of the late Ike A. and Lizzie (Paris) Fisher. He married the former Gladys Mae Matheny in 1956. She died Dec. 13, 2005. He had been employed at the former McAdoo Builders, at West Tennessee Nix-a-Mite and as a security guard for Kohler. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and was a member of North Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Michael and Patricia Fisher of Hanson; two granddaughters, Dr. Sarah Fisher of Danville, Pa., and Carolyn Fisher of New Harmony, Ind.; and his niece and her husband, Ann and Bob Taylor of Rutherford.
He was also preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.
