David Sublett

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with visitation there from noon until 2 p.m.

He was born June 9, 1939, in Rives, son of the late Stella (Keel) and Edward Clifton Sublett Sr. He retired from Republic Builders in McKenzie and attended Rives Union Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Ann Sublett, and his daughter-in-law, Stephanie Barnes, of Nashville; two sons and his daughter-in-law, David and Betty Sublett of Huntingdon and Scott Sublett of Nashville; five grandchildren, Lauren Sublett, Jennifer Sublett, Tyler Sublett, Emily Sublett and Eddie Tucker; his great-granddaughter, Abby Tucker; his brother, Harry Sublett of Union City; and his sister, Nell Garrett of Union City.
He was also preceded in death by four sisters, Elizabeth Sublett, Veta Garrigan, Louise Reeder and Helen Scott; and four brothers, Junior Sublett, Gerald Sublett, Carl Sublett and Kenneth Sublett.
