Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Nichols officiating.
Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery near Fulgham, Ky.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday.
They request that memorials be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Mrs. Clark was born April 27, 1947, in Obion County, daughter of the late Henry and Lorene (Russell) Farley. She married Larry D. Clark June 19, 1970. He preceded her in death.
She was a dietitian and supervisor in the cafeteria at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Linda Farley of Troy; her nephew, Anthony Farley of Troy; her stepdaughter, Kay Clark; and her step-grandson.
She was also preceded in death by two stepsons, Ricky Clark and Michael Clark.
