Clifton Franks

Funeral services were set for 3 p.m. today in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland was to officiate. Burial was to follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were to be Terry Bass, John Elliott, Gary Powell, Jamie Curlin, Chuckie Moffitt and Donnie Sutton.
Clifton was born July 31, 1975, in Union City, son of Ann Johnson of Hickman and the late Jeff Johnson. He had been employed as a florist and had served in the U.S. Air Force. Clifton was a member of East Hickman Baptist Church.
He is also survived by three sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy and Terry Bass of Union City, Betty and John Elliott of Fulton and Julie and Gary Powell of Martin; his brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Lisa Franks of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his biological father, Clifton Murl Franks.
