Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with burial following in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Royce Stewart will officiate. Pallbearers will be Glenn Belson, Roger Fisher, Richard Dill, Dwight Lovett, Lee Moses and Steve Wigdor.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born Jan. 19, 1914, in the Fairview community, daughter of the late Ervin and Lena (McPherson) Billops. She married Raymond Altman Nov. 1, 1930. He died Oct. 7, 1982. She was a retired employee of the former Brown Shoe Co. in Union City and was also a homemaker. She was a member of Berea Church of Christ.
She is survived by two nieces, Monda Holt and Wanda Laster, and her great-niece, Lisa McCarter, all of Bradford; and several other great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was also preceded in death by five sisters, Aultie Nail, Lallie Neal, Reathie Ramsey, Onie Billops and Annie B. McCartney; and two brothers, Bobby Billops and Leon Billops.
