Marolyn Grissom

Mrs. Marolyn Grissom, age 71, of South Fulton died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015, at her home.
She was a lifelong member of South Fulton Baptist Church and was an English teacher at South Fulton High School for 38 years. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin. She was born in Greenfield and lived in this area most of her life.
She is survived by her fiancé, Gary Olive of Fulton; three daughters, Melissa (Kevin) Brooks of South Fulton, Pamela (Jeffery) Edwards of Allen, Texas; and Beth (Josh) Brewer of Brentwood; six grandchildren, Allyson Brooks, Ashley Brooks and Hannah Brooks, all of South Fulton, Mary Catherine Edwards and Carter Edwards, both of Allen, and Will Brewer of Brentwood; four brothers, Billy Williamson of Dresden, Joe Williamson of Dukedom, Hal Williamson of Martin and Andy Williamson of South Fulton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Travice Wallace Grissom; her parents, Mary Catherine (Carlton) and Earlie Williamson; and a brother Bobby Williamson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky. Burial will follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
