Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jimmy Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from noon until the hour of services.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and Clint Joiner, Al Oliver, Adam Reeves and Portis Tanner.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Margaret Carter Sunday School Class, Bill Harrison, Hank Gill, Mike Cox, Jim Kinsinger, Bill Townes, Bill Simrell and Roger Dunn.
The family requests that memorials be made to Union City First United Methodist Church.
She was born Nov. 14, 1931, in Obion County, daughter of the late John Franklin and Lucille (Heathcott) Hall. She married Carl Fry Dec. 20, 1955. He died April 16, 1998. They had been the owners and operators of the former Rainbow Cleaners in Union City for 44 years.
She was an active member of Union City First United Methodist Church, the Margaret Carter Sunday School Class and United Methodist Women.
She is survived by her daughter and her husband, Patsy and Darrell McCaig of South Fulton; her son and his wife, Carl Lee Fry Jr. and Michelle Fry of Obion; nine grandchildren, Kelly Hoggard of Cordova, Paxton Kinsinger, Molly Coalvurn and Campbell Kinsinger, all of Memphis, Patrick S. Tanner of Olive Branch, Miss., Marcus S. Tanner of Jacksonville, N.C., Katy Ann Vanderloop of Nashville; Jordan Lee Ann Juvette of Arlington and Tanner Lee Fry of Obion; five step-grandchildren; and her sister, Beverly Conley of Hampton, Va.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Kinsinger; her son, Carl Lee Fry II; and her brother, Gary Hall.
