Clyde Wallace Walker, 72, of South Fulton died Aug. 31, 2013, at the Parkway Regional Hospital emergency room.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Sandy Branch Cemetery near Martin.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Tuesday until the funeral hour.
