She passed away at home with all her family by her side, several of whom live in Obion County.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at Imes-Miller Funeral Home in Murray, with the Rev. Brett Miles officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

She was born in Carpenter, Ohio, Jan. 30, 1943, to the late Helen and Ralph L. Six Sr. and the late William Westfall.
She was a nanny for Drs. Joyce and Robert Hughes for 21 years and was an honorary nana to everyone she met.
She attended First Baptist Church and was a member of the Am Vets Women’s Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Lockhart; her parents, Helen and Ralph Six Sr. and William Westfall; her brother, Roger L Six; and her nephew, Clinton L. Hamlin.
She is survived by five children and their spouses, Keri and Steve Coburn of Cookeville, Melissa and Bryan Hutson of Troy, Rusty and Tracey Gibson of Obion, Brian Lee Gibson of Union City and Nami Gibson of Murray; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Laci and Lee Hargis, Kyle and Hollie Coburn, Daniel Coburn, Cory Gibson, Rob Hutson, Kelsey Gibson, Madyson Birgbauer, Brylan Gibson and Lilli Gibson; two great-granddaughters, MacKenzie Coburn and Livi Mae Hargis; her brother and his wife, Ralph Six Jr. and Sandy Six of Athens, Ohio; and her sister and her husband, Beverly (Six) and Rex Dixon of Stewart, Ohio.
