Betty Cooley

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton, with the Revs. Ricky Burton and Marshall Ivey officiating. Burial will follow in Clinton Cemetery. 
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 5-8 p.m.
The family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (Hickman County Relay for Life) in care of Suzette Rives, Hickman County High School, 301 James H. Phillips Drive, Clinton, KY 42031; or Clinton-Hickman County Ambulance Service, 324 James H. Phillips Drive, Clinton, KY 42031.
She had worked as cashier and clerk at several convenience stores and restaurants and was a member of Pryorsburg Baptist Church. 
She is survived by two sons, Adam Cooley and his fiancée, Jennifer Davis, of Union City and Ben Cooley of Clinton; her mother, Betty Ray (Evans) Fortner of Clinton; her niece, Angela Black of Clinton; and two granddaughters, Kylee Black and Addley Black, both of Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dickie Cooley; her father, Gilbert Fortner; and her sister, Dianne (Fortner) Jackson.
