Maudie Gouger

Maudie Gouger, 93, of Hickman, Ky., died on July 14, 2013, at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman, with the Rev. Jason Sipes officiating. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home and again on Wednesday at the funeral home after 11 a.m.
Pallbearers will be Chris Gouger, Jamie Cochran, Jason Page, Stephen Brimm and Tim Smelpser.
She was born in Hickman Dec. 28, 1919, daughter of the late James and Rebecca (Hamill) Graves. She was the widow of Chester Gouger and was the oldest member of West Hickman Baptist Church.
Her survivors include her son, Richard Gouger of Hickman; two daughters, Doris Webb of Covington and Martha Sue Brimm of South Fulton; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, George Gouger.
