Albert Wheeler

Albert Hall Wheeler, 86, of Hornbeak died July 10, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Southerland officiating.
Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery near Troy.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1926, in Waverly, son of the late Ray and Mary Wheeler. He was married to Letha (Brown) Wheeler. She survives. He was a veteran of the Army and worked as a vacuum cleaner salesman for Electrolux Corp. for many years. He was a member of Hornbeak Baptist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9750 in Tiptonville.
He is also survived by his son, Larry Wheeler of Oklahoma; his daughter, Sandy Cagle of Tiptonville; two stepdaughters, Tammy Baldwin of Hornbeak and Ramona Work of North Carolina; his sister, Martha Wheeler of Arizona; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
