Rose Mary Worthy, 63, of Fulton died 2:05 p.m. June 27, 2013, at the home of her son.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Monday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton, with visitation there from noon Monday until the hour of services.
