3. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance to Amend Sewer Regulation Ordinances (proposed Ord. 260-24)
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Consider Resolution 224-24: A Resolution Authorizing the City of Union City Police Department to Participate in the Property Conservation Matching Grant Program: authorization was granted to apply for this grant at the last meeting. This resolution is required by PEP as next step. It is attached for your review.
2. Consider Resolution 225-24: A Resolution Authorizing the City of Union City to Convey its Interest in Real Property Located at 1419 N. Morgan Street to the State of Tennessee
3. Accept Resignation from Member of the Union City Housing Authority Board
4. Appoint Member to the Union City Housing Authority Board
