UC council to meet

The Union City city council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 16) at the municipal building courtroom.
The meeting agenda includes:
• Authorization for public works to bid rock, cold mix and rip rap.
• Authorization to bid street paving.
• Department reports from John Davidson for planning and codes; Chief Ben Yates for the police department; Chief Karl Ullrich for the fire department; Jason Moss for public works, water and wastewater; and Robin Francis for parks and recreation and turf.
• Consideration of payment of bills.
• Consideration of any other miscellaneous items.
