Mark Anderson, 61, a resident of Ashland, Miss., died Aug. 11, 2022, at his residence.
A memorial service was held 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022, at Ashland Baptist Church in Ashland.
Visitation was to be held 11 a.m. until the hour of services today at White & Mahon Funeral Home.
Funeral services were to be held at 1 p.m. today at White & Mahon Funeral Home. Brother Phillip Senn was to officiate. Burial was to follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Pallbearers were to be Robert Anderson, Michael Anderson, Garrett Riles, Justin Mitchell, Shane Cole, Weston Curtis, Tim Darnell and Larry Joe Daniel. Honorary pallbearers were to be Russell Hilton, Charles Fielder, Daniel Melson, Bennie Hicks, Jerry Menees, Donnie Cole and Randy Cole.
Mark was born on May 18, 1961, in Union City, son of the late William Paul and Carolyn (Cole) Anderson. He was a field service technician for TriGreen Equipment. On Sept. 26, 2011, he married Rachel Hicks. She survives.
He was a member of Ashland Baptist Church and accepted Christ in 2015. Mark loved John Deere tractors, Tennessee Walking horses, gardening and camping. He was a First Responder and an avid outdoorsman.

He is also survived by three sons, Robert (Mia Fagtongpun) Anderson of Newbern, Michael (Madi-son) Anderson of Arlington and Weston Curtis of Hickory Flat, Miss.; two daughters, Abby (Garrett) Riles of Potts Camp, Miss., and Molly (Justin) Mitchell of Myrtle, Miss.; granddaughter, Leighton Anderson of Arlington; two grandsons, Everett Anderson of Arlington and Aiden Miles of New Albany, Miss.; a sister, Debbie (Daniel) Melson of Waynesboro; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and special friends.
